Larimer Design is proud to have worked with the Fresno Grizzlies (Class-A Affiliate, Colorado Rockies) to upgrade their player development facilities to meet MLB’s new Facility Standards. We designed and oversaw the following modifications to the existing Service Level at Chukchansi Park:

  • Home Clubhouse Renovation, including new locker room with new lockers; new Kitchen and Dining Area; new Player’s Lounge; new Coaches Locker Room; MLB Storage Room

  • Visiting Clubhouse Renovation, including new Manager’s office with dedicated restroom and shower; new Coaches locker room, with dedicated restroom and shower room; new Kitchen and dining area; upgraded Trainer’s Room

  • Weight Room Renovation

  • Female Locker Room / Auxiliary Locker Room Renovation

  • Storage Area

  • New Concessionaire’s Office
