goodyear ballpark seating bowl improvements

goodyear, arizona

mlb spring training venue

Larimer Design is partnering with the City of Goodyear, Arizona, to reimagine and enhance the ballpark’s seating bowl, originally opened in 2009. Currently featuring approximately 8,000 fixed seats with limited differentiation across price points, the proposed upgrades aim to transform the fan experience with innovative and versatile features, including:

  • A widened concourse behind home plate to improve accessibility and flow

  • Flexible drinkrail seating designed for both individuals and groups

  • Expanded shade structures above Club seats for enhanced comfort

  • A new left-field group area featuring terraced seating for dynamic viewing

  • Premium mesh-back seats at field level and behind home plate for a modern, stylish touch

  • A thoughtfully integrated right-field food court with landscape elements

  • An outfield bar area with standing-room drinkrails creates a vibrant social hub

  • Enhanced concessions to meet the evolving tastes of today’s fans

This comprehensive redesign seamlessly blends functionality, comfort, and aesthetic appeal to deliver visitors a more engaging and inclusive experience.
